Launch of FISHTHATFEED Challenge for Pyramids Project
Tried tuna? Now try the fish that feed it!
Ahead of the release of our new Socio-economic Report (within the Pyramids of Life Project), we at CSERGE are challenging you to shake up your seafood habits, by celebrating small (but mighty!) local fish. Snap, cook, spot, and send, to be in with a chance to win a prize.
How to Enter
You can submit up to three photos, and each photo = one entry into the prize draw.
Send all three and you triple your chances!
Submit any (or all) of the following:
- Supermarket small fish sighting – e.g., a can of sardines or any small fish product on the shelf.
- Menu small fish spotting – a photo of a small fish dish on a café or restaurant menu.
- Home-cooked meal – a dish you’ve made using one of the recipes featured in the Student Guide, or your own creation.
Feel free to add a quick comment with each photo- tell us where you found the fish or what you thought of the recipe. We love hearing the stories behind the snaps.
All entries must be emailed to Laura.Bailey@uea.ac.uk.
Competition closes at 18:00 on the 17th of December 2025, and the winner will be notified via email on the 18th of December 2025- just in time for Christmas!
By entering, you agree that we may share your images or comments in future posts or discussions. We may also get in touch to ask how you found the challenge, and your feedback might feature in a short report.
